Q: What is Back Office Workflow Integration? |
A: Streamship provides its customers with the right tools so
they can manage the work in their office. These tools are created around the
core processes involved with shipping cargo that all transport intermediaries
must complete (Back office). The work created from these back office processes
is presented to your employees in a structured format based on what steps need
to be completed next (workflow). The workflow process is not only integrated
into your internal processes, but the information is made available to your
customers. |
